- Returns on Accessories (shipped):
- We offer a 30 day refund on accessories purchased online; with time starting from the date your item is delivered. You must contact us here within 30 days of when the accessory was delivered and request a “refund RMA ticket.” Include your full name, your shipping & billing address, and reason for return. We’ll issue you an RMA that you print out and include in the box that you ship back to us. We issue refunds when the item is returned in new, undamaged condition. If the item has a flaw or blemish in manufacturing quality, let us know and we’ll exchange it.
- Refunds on Purchases (not shipped):
- If you need a refund on a purchase that we have not shipped yet, contact us here immediately and we’ll refund your card. If we have already shipped the item then we can’t refund it
- Returns on Firearms & Suppressors:
- We cannot legally accept returns or refunds on Suppressors and Firearms.
- Warranty on Garbage Rod 12 Suppressor:
- We offer a 10 year limited warranty from date of transfer to customer. This is a repair warranty that covers baffle wear, design flaws, and one baffle blow-outs from you firing over-pressure rounds through it. If a repair is covered under this warranty, we will repair it for free, but you (customer) must ship it to us at your expense, but we (Spec Ops Gear) pay for shipping it back to you. This warranty does not cover you cross-threading the suppressor. However, if you have damaged your threads, you may contact us and set up a repair RMA on a case-by-case basis by sending us photos and additional details. If you do a burn-down test and completely destroy the suppressor, we’ll replace destroyed baffles and front end cap so long as you send us a high quality (1080P or better) of it and we have permission to use it for any and all commercial purposes.
